I find plastic spacing wedges are very good for running along the gap between the cill and the frame rather than a screwdriver, usually a 1mm plastic wedge fits perfectly and lets you get right to the back of the gap and with no risk of scratching anything. Pipe cleaners can also be handy to push down the weep vents to help dislodge anything and doing it when dry tends to work better but with the current weather you could be waiting a very long time for that 🤣 (Good to see you back posting videos!)

I have never seen a system as dirty as that ,it definitely needs a cleaner added and let it run for a while then filled and flushed again until it clear then a couple of bottles of sentinel 100,as for using a spool to put the ptfe use a pencil or use a paste.

Or just weld a hex nut on it from the inside

One could also use a plug cutter bit, once the broken screw is removed use the next size up plug cutter bit and make a plug to fill in the hole you just created to remove the broken screw. I’ve been using this method for years. This process is faster and there is no burnt wood smell.
